Het Mobi gedeelte is onderverdeeld in: Muziek, Video's, Foto's, Spelletjes, etc. Aan jou om je mobiel helemaal je eigen te maken!

Onder 'Info en kosten' lees je alles over de voorwaarden van een inschrijving bij Mobi.

Via het menu hou je je account bij en zie je al je downloads.

Hoe kan ik me inschrijven?

Hoe kan ik ringtones, wallpapers en spelletjes downloaden?

1) Browse the Dada.net webpage and choose the content you want. You can listen to a preview before downloading by clicking the play button next to the tittle.

2) If you are not a dada.net member yet, you will have to register before receiving the content. Click Here to find out what is included in the subscription package.

3) Once you register and log in, just click the green button next to the content you want to download.

4) The content you selected will be sent directly to your phone!

Heeft wat ik download een houdbaarheidsdatum?

Nee. Alle producten kun je downloaden en opslaan, ze vervallen niet.

Hoe kan ik betalen? Heb ik een creditcard nodig?

Welke items kan ik downloaden met mijn mobiel?

Select your phone model on the website to verify which content are supported. To select your phone model go to: http://uk.mobi.dada.net/cell.php.
Once you have selected your model, look at the top right hand corner of the page: you will see the image of your phone and an icon with information. Click there to see the type of content that you can download.

Waarom heb ik mijn item dat ik gekozen heb, nog niet ontvangen?

Ringtones and images need a few seconds(or even a few minutes) before getting to your phone. It may also depend on your carrier's message traffic, the coverage in your area, the signal, your Internet connection or other factors.

If you requested a ringtone, an image or a game and you still have not received them after two hours, consider this:

1) Is your cell phone set for text messages? If you are not sure, contact your carrier.

2) Is the Internet connection configured properly on your phone? For more information contact your phone carrier.

3) Does your cell phone have a strong signal? Make sure you have good reception.

4) Make sure the WAP configuration has been activated. It should be "On" "Accept All" "Always" or "Receive Everything."

Op mijn lijst van downloads zitten items die ik nooit heb ontvangen. Hoe kan dit?

Op mijn lijst van downloads staan dubbele items. Hoe kan dit?

Check ff of je meerdere keren op downloaden hebt geklikt.
Je hebt waarschijnlijk meerdere keren geklikt. Als je denkt dat dit het probleem is, neem dan contact met ons op en we lossen het voor je op.

Waar dienen credits voor?

Wat houdt Premium of Top in?

Premium contents are: Realtones, Java games, Video ringtones, Full videos, Loony Tunes, Full-track songs.

Kan de ringtones beluisteren voordat ik ze download?

Zeker! Kijk in ons aanbod en klik op "voorbeeld" om naar de ringtone te luisteren. Zo kun je ze horen voordat je ze download.

Wat is het verschil tussen monofone en polyfone ringtones?

The term Monophonic describes ringtones reproduced by only one music tone. Polyphonic are ringtones reproduced by more than one tone and that is why those are true melodies.

To download a polyphonic ringtone, you will need to be connected to WAP.

Then you will need to complete the download request, you will receive a message with the link to download the requested content.

The downloaded content is available for all types of phone models.

Mijn polyfone ringtone heeft alleen muziek zonder de stem van de zanger. Hoe dat zo?
